These Terms of Service govern your use of the HARIB'S website and any order placed through it. By visiting the website or purchasing from HARIB'S, you agree to these terms.

1. About HARIB'S

HARIB'S is a Dubai fragrance brand offering oil-based Extraits de Parfum and related discovery formats. The store is powered by Shopify.

2. Online store use

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes or interfere with its security or operation.

3. Products and presentation

We make reasonable efforts to present product colours, materials, descriptions and imagery accurately. Screen settings and natural production variation can affect appearance. Fragrance perception and development vary from person to person and from skin to skin.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Available payment methods are presented during checkout. Cash on delivery may be offered where available. HARIB'S may refuse or cancel an order where payment, stock, address or fraud checks cannot be completed.

5. Orders

An order is not accepted until HARIB'S confirms it. We may limit quantities, correct obvious pricing or product errors, or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Complimentary discovery sample

Eligible full-size fragrance orders currently include one complimentary 2 ml discovery sample. HARIB'S selects the fragrance. The gift is not customer-selectable, cannot be exchanged for cash and is not sold separately. HARIB'S may change or end this offer for future orders.

7. Shipping

HARIB'S currently provides complimentary shipping. The delivery target is within two business days after an order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays caused by incomplete addresses, customer unavailability, carrier disruption, exceptional demand or events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged orders and cancellations are governed by the Return and Refund Policy available on this website.

9. Intellectual property

The HARIB'S name, marks, website design, copy, imagery, video and other content are owned by or licensed to HARIB'S. They may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially used without written permission.

10. Third-party services

The website may use services provided by Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners and other third parties. Their own terms and policies may apply when you use those services.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HARIB'S is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
