Complimentary shipping

HARIB'S currently provides complimentary shipping on every online order. No shipping fee is added to eligible orders.

Delivery time

Order today and your order is targeted for delivery within two business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. The delivery window begins after the order is placed and accepted by HARIB'S.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is accepted where it is offered during checkout. Please prepare the order amount and make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. HARIB'S may contact you to confirm a cash on delivery order before dispatch.

Order processing

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible after confirmation. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, exceptional demand or after operational cut-off may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery address

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. HARIB'S is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect address details, restricted access or customer unavailability. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after preparation or dispatch.

Tracking and delivery updates

Where tracking is available, delivery updates are sent using the contact details supplied at checkout. Keep your order confirmation and order number available when contacting HARIB'S.

Delays

The two-business-day service is our normal delivery target. Carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, exceptional demand, security restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control can cause delays. If a material delay affects your order, contact HARIB'S for an update.

Damaged, leaking or missing parcels

Inspect the parcel when it arrives. Report visible damage, leakage, an incorrect item or a missing item within 48 hours of delivery through the Contact HARIB'S page. Include your order number and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
